I just completed an overnight stay at this hotel. The location was excellent. The front desk was very helpful and friendly at check in and check out. The convenience of the location to various places to eat was top. Starbucks right across the street. The room was clean and stocked with coffee & supplies. Rooms could use renovations. A/C cooled off the room efficiently. Bathroom was clean supplied with enough towels and toiletries. Water was hot throughout my stay. It was quiet and I felt safe.
Overall I was happy with the stay. The front desk staff I interacted were each friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean and I was able to get some good rest here. It was February so the temperatures were cooler making the unheated pool unusable, which is unfortunate as it looked like a good place to enjoy a day off. Unfortunately the hot tub is drained as well so that aspect of the stay was not available. I will return for a future stay at this property.
We had an excellent experience. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Kristal S. at the front desk was friendly , helpful, and welcoming. We are in the area every year and we will definitely be staying here again. Only complaint was outside a little messy. It was winter so didn’t get to see or use the pool.
The receptionist was nice and professional. Had everything ready for me to check in. Very quick. The grounds and room were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Had a very good night sleep. There was a fridge microwave and coffee maker but no coffee. They did have coffee in the lobby along with light breakfast items. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would stay here again.
We were having trouble finding a place to crash for the night as we were just passing through town and were exhausted but Avril at the front desk hooked us up and was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond for us which is more than I can say about most hotels i’ve stayed at, and I travel a lot. Bed was comfy with nice sheets, bathroom had nice shampoo/soap, fridge, microwave, so no complaints there. Had everything we needed. Area was super quiet and peaceful throughout the night. Thank you Avril!!!
I don't get all the hate, yeah there were some small things missing in the room like a bar soap, which I brought my own, and there was a particular smell outside the room, but other than that, it was cheap and the room was pretty clean. I would stay here again.
The room was great except the TV kept buffering all night long. I need to also say that I made no effort to get help with that because it actually helped me fall asleep faster. So there may have been something I should have done. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean. I would definitely stay here again
Old hotel. Old clean, but clean. AC was off when I got there. 116f outside. Took hours to cool the room down, but by sleep time, it was cool! I'll stay here again when visiting Blythe.
